Core Power and Environment has the experience and training that goes beyond other service providers. Data Aire systems are unlike ordinary HVAC equipment and use microprocessor controlled technology that requires specialized factory training to program and diagnose. All of our HVAC technicians are factory trained and certified by Data Aire to deliver you dependable and reliable service.

Maintenance Program Options

Annual Inspection
All Data Aire equipment is checked and adjusted to factory specification. Cleaning and replacement of any worn or faulty parts are billed at standard time and material rates as required. Filters, humidifier canisters, belts, oil and lubricants are included.

Basic Plan
All Data Aire equipment is checked and adjusted to factory specification 4 times per year for added confidence. The coils and pans are cleaned and disinfected annually. Replacement of any worn or faulty parts are billed at standard time and material rates. Filters, humidifier canisters, belts, oil and lubricants, cleaning chemicals and disinfectant are included.

Basic Plus
Provides additional coverage above the Basic Plan Program by including corrective maintenance coverage including all parts and labor.

Check pulleys and fan for alignment and balance

Check crankcase heaters
Check refrigerant pressures for leaks and charge as required ($7.50/lb)

Check condenser and/or fluid cooler coils
Check evaporator coils
Check glycol concentration and inhibiter level (if applicable)
Check humidifier operation and replace humidifier canister as needed
Lubricate all motors and bearings as needed
Check all dampers and inlet vanes
Check calibration of temperature, humidity and discharge air sensors
Check operation of low ambient controllers (seasonal)
Check proper sequence of operation
Report any and all needed repairs or adjustments
Check, clean, and disinfect all condensate drains, lines, and pains
Clean and disinfect condenser and evaporator coils
