Core Power and Environment offers Design and Construction Management
services for a full range of projects. From a UPS upgrade to fitting
out a completely new data center, Core Power has the right team for
you.
Our design practices center around high availability
and when upgrades are needed, we focus on minimizing the operational
downtime associated with cutovers. We realize needs change so our
designs allow flexibility and scalability.
The design process begins with reviewing the business
objectives and facility assessment. We evaluate the physical requirements,
financial constraints, redundancy needs, and long term growth requirements.
A conceptual design, budget, and equipment selection is then prepared
and review with the client.
We work with select pre-qualified
subcontractors to ensure not only work is done on time and on budget
but also they are highly experienced working in "live"
data center environments. If required, we also can work with your
preferred subcontractors to gain the expertise of someone already
familiar with your facility.
From conceptual design phase to integrated system
testing, Core Power assigns a dedicated Project Manager to deliver
the project through all phase. Our Project Managers are responsible
for developing construction schedules, coordinating all on-site
meetings, supervising subcontractors, managing deliveries and quality
control.
